Tip 27 - Capture the motion, using sand

Shout out to all the parents out there, you know you can't stop your kids, and they seem to never run out of energy.

Next time you are in the desert, or beach, or even in a sand playground (without virus of course), try to use sand as the prop. Use high shutter speed to freeze the moment (check out more details on camera settings), so you can capture the flying sand under their feet, or up in the air. It will be fun for the kids, and will sure help you remember their high energy better than a sedated pose.

See above images I have photographed in our beach trips in Hawaii, Virginia as well as Atacama Desert in Chile. It doesn’t matter where the sand comes from, I am sure kids will enjoy them equally.

Just make sure your kids don't eat the sand (last image), and the sand doesn’t get into your camera.
